In your busy student life some healthy elements will do no harm. From this Sunday, every week you can join yoga classes outside free of charge. Show up at ten o’clock in the Leijpark next to the artwork and for an hour get lost in the world of all kind of bendy and scary looking asanas.
Every week there are different styles of yoga offered. The sessions last until late September, so you can treat your body well during the whole summer.
Check the website one hour before the lesson, because when it rains, the class is cancelled.
