During the course of two months almost seventy UvT-students have bought a repaired bike from Save a Bike-a project launched by student organization SIFE and StuGood.org.  

SIFE only sells bikes to people who have a UvT-card. “Other inhabitants of Tilburg are not able to buy one of our bikes, because that would be a huge competition for other bicycle shops in  Tilburg,” states Mohammed el Metalsi of SIFE.

Save a Bike takes bikes that have been removed by the authorities of Tilburg, and has them repaired and painted by reintegration company Cardan. The bikes are sold in a shop at Professor Verbernelaan 80A and in StuGood.org webshop.
