700 rooms in Tilburg Talent Square
The new student housing complex Tilburg Talent Square at de Hart van Brabantlaan will have 700 rooms for rent when it is ready. The building project is expected to begin in February 2012.
The apartment complex will include a parking garage for 140 cars beneath the building. This became clear during an information evening for people living in the neighborhood, which attracted about 40 visitors. The rooms for rent will be offered fully furnished by housing cooperation TBV Wonen, said regional newspaper Brabants Dagblad. Most rooms are intended for international students.
Tilburg Talent Square is expected to be completed on 1 July 2013.
