New XL supermarket in Tilburg
There will be a new XL supermarket opened in Tilburg. The mega store is one of the components of the new Stappegoor. The plans also show several tennis courts, football and a volleyball fields.
The City of Tilburg presented the plans last week. It is an adaptation of a previously developed project. The current crisis in the (housing) market required some changes in plans. The apartments had to give way to single-family flats.
Jumbo and Albert Heijn are both interested in making use of the mega-supermarket.
