Tilburg through Ammar’s eyes: ‘The foreign mom’

Ammar Alkhatib is a photographer from Damascus, Syria. He lost his Nikon to the waves of the sea he crossed to reach safer ground. With the new camera he got from his Dutch friend Jesse, Ammar now captures his new life in Tilburg. He shares his most meaningful moments with us in his weekly photo blog. This week, Ammar photographed the woman who helps him grow roots in a new country.
