Boston students do not like Robin Thicke

Robin Thicke is a sexist and shouldn’t play at Boston University. At least, according to a group of Boston students. They collected 1500 signatures to try to force the school to cancel the concert.

Thicke is supposed to give a concert at the university’s Agganis Arena on the 4th of March. The promoters of the petition state that Thicke’s song Blurred Lines glorifies non-consensual sex with women, and they don’t like the video too much either.

Feminism and equality are important to Boston University and that’s why Thicke shouldn’t come, the protesters say. Even so, a university spokesman says the show will probably not be canceled, since the show isn’t booked by the university.
