Board presents outlines BEST

Today at 12.00, the board will present the outlines of reorganization plan BEST. During a meeting in the Auditorium, employees will hear what the university plans for its supporting staff.The staff plan is not presented yet. The presentation will mainly concern the reorganization process. After that, BEST will be addressed in the university council. All employees are invited to attend the presentation. It is also possible to follow it all through a livestream. After 13.00, the plan will be published on Tilburg University’s intranet. Univers will tweet live from the meeting and will publish an abstract of the plans shortly after it.

Tilburg University is planning to reorganize its supporting staff. The plan is called BEST, Building Excellence Support at Tilburg University. It is based on the university’s strategic plan, in which the university writes that it wants more scientific staff and less supporting staff.
