Crumbling library stairs
The attentive Twitter-using student Olia Fjodorowa (Accountancy) warned her followers about a specific dangerous situation this week: ‘library stairs at UvT are crumbling down. 2 people got hurt already. please be careful when going to the library’.
Fact checking by Univers proved her statements to be right: the stairs to our own Mecca of books have definitely seen better times. The library, which recently got a facelift, may look brand new nowadays – but what good is that if you break your neck trying to get there?
