Tilburg Talent Square to house students
In future, foreign students will be housed in the “Tilburg Talent Square”. This project, consisting of 700 apartments and 10,000 square meters of commercial space, will be built in the area located between the St. Ceciliastraat, Hart van Brabantlaan, Gasthuisring and the railway Tilburg-Breda.

The commercial part of the complex will accommodate four activities in the Student Services sphere. Talentflex will have an office there. Several consultants will help the target group of students find a flex-job or assist them when taking their first steps on the job market, after graduation. On top of that, Cardan Travel Company will open a travel agency in close cooperation with NHTV in Breda, offering cheap and/or specific student trips. There will be a place for students to grab something to eat. In the last place, there will be a student facilitator. Upon the new student’s arrival in Tilburg, the student facilitator will arrange banking, computer facilities, insurances and council services. As an extra service, free bikes will be provided at certain points throughout the city. Whether there will be activities for the beginning entrepreneur who is still studying, is still being looked into.
