Student wears unwashed jeans for 15 months
To test the effect of bacteria on his jeans, a Canadian student from the University of Alberta wore his jeans for 15 mounths without washing them.
Curious about the health risks of wearing unwashed jeans, the student did not look for dirty spots or how they smelled, but he asked his professor to test the jeans for bacteria before he washed them for the first time after 15 months.
The remarkable results showed no difference between jeans that were worn for two weeks and the jeans that stayed unwashed for 15 months.
Whenever they got too stinky, the student put his jeans in the freezer for a night, which solved the problem.
