Students complain about Library

Out of dissatisfaction with the lack of study desks, the temperature and the empty coffee machines, student party Front has started a complain-about-the-library campaign. On a special website, students can now complain about the library.

According to Front, students complain more about the university library than about anything else on campus. During a university council meeting earlier this year, the party criticized the shortage of workstations and asked for extra study places during exam periods – a proposal the Executive Board did not support.

“The Executive Board did not base its decision on the number of available study places during an exam period, but on a counting from December 26 to January 2, which is a holiday period”, explains Front. The student party hopes that the Board will tackle the problems after it reads the complaints on Front’s website. [MW/transl. YV]
