Public pianos on campus during Incubate Festival

Three piano’s, free for anyone to play, can be found on various spots on campus from 12 to 16 September. The public piano’s are part of the art project Play me, I’m yours by UK artist Luke Jerram.

Besides the three on campus the project places more than 100 weather-proofed piano’s in other public spots in Tilburg.  Anyone who wishes to play on the piano’s is free to do so any time during the day.

Play Me, I’m Yours is touring the world since 2008 and will now be part of Incubate Festival, the annual festival of independent culture in Tilburg, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. Tilburg will have the highest number of piano’s in Luke Jerram’s art project so far. Earlier, the piano project visited cities like New York, London and Sao Paulo.
