Tilburg Uni has its own flirt network

Tilburg University students can now flirt with fellow students online.  TiU student International Business Administration Koen Crooijmans has developed his flirting website Biddys.nl not only for Tilburg students. Also students from Groningen, Nijmegen, Rotterdam and Utrecht can use the website.

Students looking for a date in Tilburg, who want to meet new people, or just want to have some fun flirting, can indicate at the website where they are at that moment or where they have seen the person they want to meet or flirt with. The website offers fourteen Tilburg locations to choose from, including several Tilburg University buildings, the Food Plaza (mensa) and library. Users remain anonymous, students make themselves known by a short description and mbiddy or vbiddy (v of vrouw=female).

The website is in Dutch only but it is also easy for international student to find their way around.

Below some flirty texts that are used so far:

–  Mbiddy with short blond hair @ Goossens building. We got off the bus together and we made eye contact when I turned around. Then I followed you straight to class. Sounds freaky, but I am not.
