Tilburg Uni student gets three minutes to present Save a Bike

Chairman Mila Djurdjevic of student platform for social entrepreneurship SIFE Tilburg gets three minutes to talk about a SIFE project at Big Improvement Day (BID) in Amsterdam on January 17. Djurdjevic will find herself in the presence of prominent public officers and entrepreneurs.

Big Improvement Day is an event to share ideas on sustainability, entrepreneurship, leadership and education. During this event, a select group of prestigious entrepreneurs will meet each other to exchange ideas and network on the highest level. Master student Djurdjevic (International Criminal Law) will use her so-called Three minutes of Improvement to promote the Save A Bike project – a joint initiative by student organizations SIFE Tilburg and StuGood.org that resulted in a sustainable bike store in Tilburg.

A wide range of prominent people shared their visions during earlier editions of Big Improvement Day. On the fifth and coming edition Dutch minister Maxime Verhagen, mayor of Amsterdam Eberhard van der Laan, Dick Benschop (President?Directeur Shell Nederland) and Joanna Shields (Vice?President & Managing Director Facebook Europe, Middle East & Africa) will be the keynote speakers.
