Tilburg student at Elfstedentocht
If Elfstedentocht takes place this year, there will be at least one racer from Tilburg University! Frans de Ruiter, a chairman of the student ice skating association T.S.S.V. Braga, was allowed to participate.
“It is a very popular event and many people want to participate. To take part, one must be a member of the Association of the Frisian Eleven Cities, which I am, “says de Ruiter. “Nobody else from T.S.S.V. Braga takes part in the race. Perhaps there are other associations representing Tilburg delegates of which I do not know,” says the racer-to-be.
If there are more students from Tilburg who will join the contest, Univers will be happy to know them!
