Café Studio the best cafe/restaurant
For the second year Studio cafe, at Korte Heuvel, was voted the best Horeca place in Tilburg.
The cafes are assessed on the basis of accessibility for wheelchairs, drink prices and hospitality. Studio is especially praised for its door policy, because everyone is welcome here. Patrick van Riel from Studio says: “I’m very proud of it. When we opened Studio, being open minded was our starting point. The hospitality industry is still too intolerant. ”
The prize will be awarded on Wednesday, 16 May by Radar (the agency for equal treatment and against discrimination) and students of ROC. Basing on surveys conducted among students of ROC, the five best hospitality venues were selected.
