Student OV chip card valid again
As of today, all students with a student ov-chip card can travel for free again. During the summer you could only travel with the 40% discount, but tonight at 4 am it’s back to normal.
However, the good news is only for students with a weekly pass. Students with a weekend subscription will have to wait a little longer.
Make sure your travel product is requested and charged in one of the ticket machines before you board the train, bus, tram or subway.
