Univers is looking for columnists

Ever wanted to become a columnist? Then Univers is looking for you. Whether you provide critical insights on education or research, or prefer to write about your adventures in student life, put it on paper and share it with a broad audience.

Univers is immediately looking to strengthen its team of columnists. Seize this opportunity to make your voice heard. As a columnist, you will write about what matters to you—whether it’s the extended study fee, overcrowded lecture halls, intriguing conversations on the terrace, or perhaps the increasing workload for lecturers, fascinating research, or ongoing societal debates.

What are we looking for?

– Staff and students of Tilburg University;
– who are willing to write a column every three weeks;
– of no more than 500 words;
– in Dutch or English.

You will receive a fee. It goes without saying that you have excellent language skills and can write well. Interested? Email a sample column along with a short CV to b.smout@uvt.nl. Submissions are open until Sunday, September 15.
