Five Dutch universities in top 100
Five Dutch universities are among the top 100 of the world. The World Reputation Rankings of the British Times Higher Education magazine published today that TU Delft is ranked the best out of the Dutch universities and has ranked on position 51. Tilburg is not on among the best 100 on the list.
The University of Amsterdam is on the 71th place, the University of Utrecht on the 78th and Leiden on the 87. University of Wageningen managed to sneak into the top ranking, taking the 100th spot.
The list is created basing on the opinions of academics about the quality of the universities. Also important are areas such as education, research and international reputation. The first place in the ranking is occupied by Harvard University.
