Huub Dekkers departs to Albeda College

Managing Director and Secretary of the Executive Board Huub Dekkers will leave Tilburg University. Dekkers departs to Albeda College, an institution for senior secondary vocational education with 25.000 students.

In recent years, Dekkers was in charge with, among other things, the restructuring of facility services, the new website and the budget cuts. Huub was known as a very woman-friendly director, as he won the first Femfactor-award. Dekkers has been managing director since June 2009. Before joining the university he worked at insurance company Achmea.

On the intranet, the Executive Board of Tilburg University has congratulated Dekkers on this beautiful step in his career. Univers congratulates him on his new job as well, but also regrets his departure.
