Talent Square reaches the highest point

Talent Square has just reached its highest point- 13 floors. The new student housing complex under construction at the Hart van Brabantlaan will be ready in the summer of 2013 for 700 (international) students and knowledge workers.

The living area is distributed over independent and non-independent housing. The 455 independent houses each have a private entrance, kitchen, shower and toilet. “These homes are on the market. Anyone can rent them, including Dutch students” says Rob Vinke, Director of TBV Wonen. There are also 50 shared houses with five student rooms each. There are 250 homes available for foreign students so that they begin their studies in Tilburg without concerns about accommodation.

The student residence is built thanks to a collaboration between TBV Wonen, Cardan, the municipality, the Ven Bouw en Ontwikkeling, de SSH and the university. The building of the complex is a response to the increasing demand for quality student housing.
