Deborah Hensler visiting professor at Law
Tilburg University has appointed Deborah Hensler as guest professor Empirical Legal Studies on Mass Claim Resolution.
Hensler, who works at Stanford Law School (USA), is internationally known for her empirical research on dispute settlement. She focuses in particular on mass procedures and in recent years also in international perspective.
The coming years, Hensler and her colleagues in Tilburg will study private and public mass claims, and in particular what it means for the victims. During annual visits to Tilburg she will also give guest lectures and seminars.
