Beats & Roots Block Party
An old-fashioned party in the neighborhood with a mix of hip hop and jazz. It is part of a whole weekend Jazz in Duketown. the participants will be entertained by DJs Asura, Turne and Le Boeuf and acts instrumentalz The Human Beat Boxer. The event is hosted by Kleine Jay and decorated by the graffiti artists of Face 2 Crew. ( May 25 , Minderbroederplein, Den Bosch)

Young Magic
An Australian travels the world trying to catch the atmosphere in music. Sounds a bit strange and hippie, but it’s still a great album. Chillwave, Hindu pop and psychedelia are mixed with a hip hop-like beat. You can go and hear for yourself in the 013 this weekend. ( May 25 , stage01)

Gipsy Festival
Klavan Gadje, Caspian Hat Dance and Project Rakija. They make Balkan and gypsy music, folk and rock on vintage instruments like accordion, trumpet, banjo and violin. And they will be on Sunday at the International Gypsy Festival in Interpolistuin. With an expected temperature of 21 degrees and a nice location, it will be a perfect way to spend a Sunday. ( May 27 , Interpolistuin)

Animations do and see
It may sound less cool than what you’re used to, but honestly, it’s pretty cool.  Now you can see how the animations look like behind the scenes at the Dutch Institute for Animation. Their animations, sets and the puppets will be shown. An if you are a truly creative person, you can do it yourself. ( June 3 , NIAf)

European Football Championship
Of course you can watch the games anywhere in Tilburg, but Piusplein is the best option. With a license for all matches, it is the perfect venue to host the European Championships excitement. Life-sized LED screens, televisions, gallons of beer and supporters. (From June 8 )

Mundial
Okay, it’s not free, and maybe even a bit expensive. But it is the must-be event and a great fun. Pitbull, Dropkick Murphy’s, The Kyteman Orhcestra, Blaudzun, Dope DOD, Chef’s Special are just some of the names.  (16 and June 17 , Leijpark)
