Katerina Blogs: Happy Snowyear
I just realized that 2013 is here for good! Although I should have done so earlier, considering that we survived the end of the world, right? In my defense, the past three weeks have been a combination of stressful exams, deadlines, anti flu medicine and a lot of snow!
By the way, have you ever been outside when the first snow falls? It feels like everything moves at slow motion and you can barely hear a thing. It’s magical! And then the battle against falling begins. You know, small steps, grabbing walls and people, trying to keep your balance. But, as my grandma says, nothing good comes without a price.
Speaking of prices, post- christmas-holidays exams: the recipe for success! Is it just me or is it just so hard, going back home for 10 days, knowing that instead of spending quality time with family and friends, you need to study for your exams? Personally, I decided to go for the quality time and feel guilty about not studying for the exams. Oh well! One of my new year’s resolutions is not to feel guilt! So happy new year everyone! It is 2013 and we’ve earned it!
